Sabrina Scognamiglio is a fashion designer translating the psychology of shyness into a luxury collection, and she is one of our Class of 2025 Graduates.
This collection explores the delicate tension between vulnerability and empowerment. Using rich textures—velvet, silk, fur, and satin— Sabrina translated the journey of “taking off the mask” into tangible silhouettes. From the restrictive lines of self-doubt to the free-flowing elegance of self-acceptance, every stitch tells a story of personal blooming.
Inspired by fine art (Van Gogh’s starry nights) and the opulence of the Venice Carnival, my design philosophy merges classic tailoring with raw human emotion.
Stress becomes structure. Fear becomes fabric.
