Design Thinking for Interior Architecture and Design I
Learn how worldwide economic trends and cultural, social, and environmental factors influence interior architecture. This module will help you understand the fundamental design practices and establish the foundations for all future projects.

History of Interior Architecture and Design I
Take a journey from ancient civilizations to modern times, exploring how changes in production methods and historical styles continue to influence contemporary interior architecture.

Interior Architecture and Design Technologies I
Get introduced to construction systems, materials, and technical solutions. Learn the key terminology and methods that will allow you to communicate effectively with professionals in the industry.

MOD 2 – Introduction to Visual Communication and Media
Develop your ability to express design ideas both by hand and through digital tools, mastering the visual language used by architects and interior designers.

Observation and Imagination – Manual Skills
Learn the philosophy of “seeing vs. looking” and train your ability to interpret objects and people by breaking them down into basic shapes. Practise freehand drawing and build physical models to improve your manual skills.

Visual Expression with CAD and Rendering Skills
Master the most relevant IT software for architecture and interior design. Understand how to choose the right digital tools for each project stage and create professional presentations.

Professional and Transferable Skills
Every project will help you acquire technical and transferable skills, from material handling and production techniques to IT proficiency, communication, and personal development.

Verbal Performance and Selling Skills
Learn how to pitch your ideas convincingly. Use storytelling to present your design process, improve your verbal communication, and deliver visual presentations that engage and persuade.

MATERIAL LIST for our Interior Architecture & Design Students

General Equipment and materials will be provided through the course by your tutor and your academy. It is important to note that the brief will define some materials requirements at the beginning of the course module. Please note the list of the following predetermined materials required at all levels of study:

  • Set of drawing of pencils ((5B, 4B, 3B, 2B, B, HB, H)

Computer and Programmes

Will be convenient to buy the latest version of a high-performance Lap Top: with sufficient RAM and powerful graphic card.

Autocad latest version, 3ds Max latest version. Student version available on the Autodesk website.

You will be eligible for the Autodesk Educational Access on presenting a proof of status letter which will be provided at enrolment.

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat. The student version of the software is available on the Adobe Creative Cloud (previously Adobe Creative Suite).

Please note: Adobe Creative Cloud is accessed via a monthly subscription.

You will be eligible for Adobe’s educational discount on presenting a proof of status letter which will be provided at enrolment.
