I was born in Deventer near the IJssel River, situated in the eastern of Holland. Deventer is a member of the Hanseatic League, which is famous for its rich medieval history.
I'm a son of Spanish parents and I grew up with two different cultures, so you can say I'm familiar with a multicultural way of living.
Through my studies at Saxion University in Holland I have developed a wide theoretical knowledge in the fields of art, technology, software and management. The course , Art and Technology , combined creativity with technology, focusing on how things work and why things work.
During my graduation year I specialized in 3D combining modelling, animation, texturing and lighting using Autodesk Maya and of course Photoshop and other design tools.
My six-month internship with T-XChange of Thales Holland, an innovating company using 2d/3d visualizations and serious gaming to simplify and create solutions, gave me invaluable hands-on experience in innovating games development. I honed my 3d and design skills on the first project about serious gaming called Urban Mobility. The project came with surprising and promising results.
After obtaining my degree in The Netherlands I ventured into a business in Spain in a completely different line of business that nonetheless had my interest, being the importation of aids to facilitate the live of elderly and physical handicapped persons. During this time I remained active in 3D and design on a freelance basis, undertaking small-scale jobs for a number of private entities in Spain.
