Here is some help to find suitable accommodation for your stay in Monda / Marbella. It is very easy to rent a furnished house or apartment in Monda or Marbella. You will have plenty to choose from.

Marbella
To live in Marbella is only suitable for the students who have a driving licence and who want to purchase a car. Cars are cheap to purchase. You can buy a good old car for around 500Euros.
If you do not have a car or a driving license, then we do not recommend any students to live in Marbella. We have had many cases were students cannot come to classes in time as the student they have been driving with for some reason are not driving. If this happen, then you are stuck in Marbella, as the public bus service from Marbella to Monda is slow and has another time schedule.

Monda
We recommend all students to live in Monda 3 to 5min walk from the Academy.
For housing in Monda, please contact Isa for: Rooms, apartments and houses for rent in Monda. They are all furnished and in a short distance from our Academy.
Contact ISA via email: ileo_ma@hotmail.com to arrange a meeting with her in Monda for her to show you all the houses and apartments available in short distance from the Academy. Isa will also be able to send you some pictures via email of the rooms, houses or apartments of your interest.
We recommend all students to live in Monda near the Academy as you this way will be able to use the facilities offered at the Academy optimum and will be able to come to your classes in time.
For sure many other students would like to share a house or an apartment with you. You can ask Isa to make the contact to other students searching for room maids. When students share houses or apartments they normally pay 200Euros per month each.
Before you sign any rental contract, please come and show it to the administration at the Academy to ensure everything is OK.

The 1st Week:
We recommend all students to rent a room in a hostel in Marbella for the 1st week, as there are no hostels in Monda. You will then have a week to choose from the houses and apartments available for rent in Monda.
International students need the receipt, 1 week paid, from the hostel to obtain their student Visa.
In this 1st week there will be a bus service from Marbella to the Academy in Monda.
The bus will leave from down town Marbella at 8.00am in the morning and will arrive 8.20am at the Academy and you can eat breakfast at our students restaurant GAUDI.
The bus will leave the Academy in the afternoon at 18.00pm, for the new students to have time to look at houses and apartments in Monda between 16.00 and 18.00.
